Several things were damaged including 82 inch TV. Got their insurance but because I didn't unpack while they were here won't cover cost of damages. Took 9 hrs for a 4 hrs job. Used my uhaul truck for another job and I was charged. Not responding to my texts. Offered me $50 a a free move for the problems. My tv costs more then that as does my antique dining table.

Took 6.5 hrs to move a 2 bedroom, no sofa, no dining, couple of desks and a few boxes with help from 2 of my family members. Charging 140 per hour...hefty bill. Company advised me to cancel with uhaul and take their full service for 140/hr. I expected 3 hrs maximum given distance between location for loading and offloading. Not satisfied, uhaul for 4 hrs would have charged me max 500 with 4 hrs work and truck for 24 hrs. Unbelievable horrible mislead. Omar said using their full service would save me money, but I ended up.paying double the price!

The guys did an absolutely fantastic job with packing to ensure nothing would be damaged.
The price was good. I would definitely use their service again.
