Purchased a Fisher & Paykel compatible water filter from this company. The official filter from the manufacturer would have cost $135 CAD, this one was nearly 1/3 of the price. The instructions for installation were clear and simple. The filter works perfectly. Save yourself a massive amount of money and purchase this instead.

Absolute disaster. Ordered Furnace Filters on March 25 and still waiting over 6 weeks later. Asked for a refund because I didn't want to wait for backorders and was told that I wasn't eligible because the product had shipped. Not true. The order still says "unfulfilled" on their website. I have had to go through my credit card company to get my money back. Don't use this company ever.

I've placed an order 30 days ago and still do not have my product.
Tried to contact the company via email and phone with no success.
Planning to file a claim in Canada Consumers Protection.
Very disappointed.

Purefilters’s website made selecting the right furnace and humidifier filters very easy. As I was new to buying filters, I included a question to verify that I had, indeed, made the right choice. I received a very prompt, polite reply. My order was received within a week. I definitely will use Purefilters going forward.

website said 3-5 days but I received my order within 2 days. the ups man just left the box on my porch, but I guess that is not PureFIlters fault. other than that, pleasant experience overall

Company is happy to take your money and make you wait for filters. Order 3 months ago and still waiting. Their service reps have no idea when things are going to ship. Save yourself the frustration and go buy somewhere else. In this day and age to not have any information is criminal and a reason to never use them again.
