Placed and order on May 12. Paid in good faith, no updates on anything. When I finally got through they wouldn’t even tell me if the order had been processed. They blamed it on Fedex schedule due to COVID. I’m in business and have only had exceptional service from Fedex. Very poor response to throw the courier under the bus! When I asked for an update the response was ‘I will cancel your order’. Professional website, amateur service
I placed an order for 6 pack MERV 11 on 25 April 2020. At that time the website stated the delivery would be within 3-5 business days. After 11 days, I sent an email as I did not receive the order. Got a reply stating that it will be shipped in 2 weeks. After 3 weeks, I sent another email as I did not receive the package. Then got the reply from the same person (name Ron) stating that due to the current situation it will be bit delay and still they can not even tell when they can ship the filters. Till today, I did not even receive an email (even after 6 weeks) from them. If they can not deliver, should not take more orders until they clear the back orders. An Unreliable company. Never buy or recommend to anyone.
PUREFILTERS is a dishonest, bad company. They took my credit card number over a supposed purchase that never went through and which was CANCELED: the order was made and cancelled April 11. Since they could not be reached by phone, I immediately wrote to them about the order cancellation seeing that they took money out of my credit card the moment they had the numbers. I received an email from “Ron” April 12 stating cancellation. But this same 'Ron' kept emailing to say "we are waiting to send the items” — for a sale that was CANCELED?! It is now going to the third month and still no return of my $201.82 dollars this company took from my account. It seems they never bothered to do anything other than misuse my card numbers. They also appear to be trying to deceive me into thinking the money has been returned. I have had to block my card because of PUREFILTERS’ fraudulent use of my account number.
PUREFILTERS are hypocrites too who use the pandemic phrase “stay safe” to make it seem they care or are honest.
PUREFILTERS still has not returned the $201.82 they fraudulently took out of my account

I ordered filters and disinfectant on April 15.After a couple of days I got an email saying that disinfectant are out of stock and i have to wait little longer.But,last week I got an email again from the company stating that Decon 30 disinfectant ($49.99)is still not in stock and they can offer Citrus disinfectant [jug for a jug] in place of that.So I called them because the product they were offering was cheaper by $30 dollars from other competitors but they denied and I have to cancel my order.This is the pure case of price gouging of essentials in pandemic and there customer service is also pathetic.So be careful with them.
Placed an order on Feb 3rd, emailed 10 days later to be told shipping was delayed. Waited another 10 days and emailed again, no answer. Had to go through CC company to get money back. Pure Filters emails me back a few days later, says they have my order in stock now and would I like to reorder again. I check the website and the prices have been raised over $70. Seems like price gouging to me. Beware of this company.
Feeling ripped-off ! Two weeks after placing order and it is listed as being ‘unfulfilled’ on their web sight. Very hard to send e-mails...multiple logins required...’prove you are not a robot’. Phoned only to get recorded message,”Company is closed”.

Very frustrating experience with poor customer service.
They claim to have a no hassle refund policy however I have been chasing them for a month for my refund - still no luck and responses back are slow.
I cancelled my order and requested a refund before my product even shipped out. They claimed to have processed my refund - however it never went through and then they shipped the product anyways. Now it's like pulling teeth to get them to honor the refund that should have been processed a month ago. What a bad experience... never again!
'm very disappointed with my overall experience with Pure Filters. I placed an order on March 10, 2019. The website stated delivery within 3 to 5 days which I thought was excellent. My order also qualified for free shipping so this was an added bonus. After placing the order their online order status indicated my order was "Processing" and estimated delivery would be March 20th. I emailed their customer service address asking why their system was indicating 10 days for delivery when the website states 3 to 5 days. I received a reply same day stating that they will email the warehouse to process ASAP. The next day their system still showed the order as "Processing" so I asked for an update and the tracking number once available. Their rep Donna replied stating that she has asked for a tracking number and would provide it to me once she receives it.
On March 17th, I received an email from Nadir (Co-Founder of the company) expressing thanks for my order and how they want me to have a great experience not just with the filters but their customer service. I replied back explaining that I was having difficulty getting accurate information as to when I could expect delivery of the filters I had ordered.
On March 19th, I received a reply back from Nadir apologizing for the delay. He indicated that they have been swamped with orders and it was taking longer than anticipate to process. He offered to include an additional filter at no charge if I was willing to wait longer or else they could cancel the order with a full refund. I replied stating that I would accept his offer of an additional filter and that I would like to know when they expect to ship the order along with a tracking number.
I reached out to him again on March 23rd as I did not hear anything back. Their customer service rep Donna replied same day stating very generically that she would send me a tracking number once available. On March 25th I sent another email asking for the tracking number or else to cancel the order if it had not been sent. Later that day Donna sent me an email with a Canada Post tracking number indicating that it has been sent and delivery was estimated for March 28th (18 days from my original order date). I received the package on March 27th however it was sent using CanPar so I'm not sure why I received a Canada Post tracking number. When I check it today it still shows the package as pending delivery.
I have to say this was the strangest online ordering experience I have had in my entire life. I've been ordering from various sites online for many years and this was just plain weird. I won't order from this company again for a few reasons. First of all communication is vague and inconsistent. I could only reach their rep via email or online chat. I tried calling the toll free number but there is no way to speak to anyone. The message directs you right back to their online chat or email. Second, I understand that there will be times orders get delayed however there should be a message on the website indicating that they are unable to meet the stated 3 to 5 day delivery window prior to someone placing an order. Had I known this I would have gone somewhere else as I needed to replace our furnace filter rather urgently. Third, the shipping tracking number provided to me did not match the courier they used to send the order. Lastly, the colour of the filters received (looks like an aqua blue filter) versus the white filters shown on their website is misleading. I'm no filter expert so I'm guessing the colour doesn't have any impact on the efficiency or effectiveness of the filtration but who knows.
I do have to say the pricing is hard to beat but not sure it's worth the aggravation to save a few bucks. Hoping that the company can sort out it's issues and make it a more pleasurable experience for others.
I ordered a 12 pack of furnace filters. The delivery was promised on 18th Feb. It was made on February 28th. I was supplied filters with absolutely no markings on them although the product that is advertised is shown with Pure Filter markings as well the grade of filter. I called and left several messages for Nadir who claimed to be the owner to complain about the product supplied. However despite several phone calls an emails I have yet to receive return call. I am stuck with filters that I will not use unless Nadir supplies me filters of the grade I ordered. Elwan.
