The process was very smooth and hassle-free. We first met Ali who came in for an assessment. Then a quote was provided to us two days after, which was by far the most detailed and thorough quote we have seen from 7 different contractors. Right after signing the contract, we met the designer and spend a lot of time going through the designs. She was very patient and helpful and answered all our questions. A schedule of work was provided to us which indicated who will be working in our house and at what times. I really enjoyed the planning and organization they showed, showing how professional they are. Our basement renovation could not have been any better!
