Junk Hero

The crew (showed up on time) as scheduled. They called me when they arrived to get explanation for what was required. I told them what was needed. I asked for a rough number (how much would this cost), they said that the office would let me know. I instructed them to do the work. During the removals, I was monitoring them via survellaince camera's, they were not prepared. I specifically told the dispatcher who booked the job to make sure they had dolley with them and I moved things out of the way for them. They did not come prepared with a dolley and walked back and forth wasting time and my money. Anyway, this job would have taken them no more than 30 minutes if they had dolleys. Rather, they spent just short of 1.5 hours and filled up less than a 1/4 of the bin. The cost for this small amount of removal was way too high. Especially since they did not quote me ahead of time like promissed. Anyway, I paid it and promissed the dispatcher that he would get a negative review.
