My wife and I hired OnlyBasements to finish the basement of our home in the Beaches. We’d been considering it for a couple of years but started seriously investigating options 6 months ago. The level of design, quality of work, and competitive quote made our decision a no brainer. We were nervous about handing our basement over to a company we hadn’t worked with before, but we’re ecstatic that we did.
We were especially appreciative of the payment plan provided by the company - we made payments after each inspection was done - the work team was clean and efficient. They kept to the planned schedule, and we felt that our PM Joseph was communicative and accommodating every step of the way. The end result is gorgeous, we love it - we have much more room for our family, and we’re surprised how much time we spend in the new space!
