Didn't install Venmar to either of 2 drains in the room. Then was going to give me a discounted rate of $800 instead of $1000 to move unit to one of the drains. Instead, gave me a garbage can for a drain in a BRAND NEW HOUSE. 5-6 yrs after installation it was discovered that venting within 6-12" of a window for a gas heater was undercode. After that, it was discovered that mixing radiant floor heat with potable water was also not within code - and they had to have known this all the time servicing. No words, no letters...no confidence.
