I must start with how impressed I was with the quality of the job done. I could not believe that was the same basement that was previously moldy and smelly. Their level of professionalism and expertise was very refreshing. They took the time to explain each step of the process while the job was in progress. I appreciate their patience because I asked quite a lot of questions and at no time did they make me feel as if I was imposing.
