David is my go-to person for any HVAC issues
I first hired David 3 years ago for some significant re-do of my furnace room (including change of furnace). His quote was the lowest among all and he did a very thorough and professional job. Since then, I have consulted him a few times for issues related to dust in the house and AC functioning. His latest help was on a water leak in our furnace room. He came at the promised time, immediately identified the problem as a clog in the drain and installed a condensate pump as an alternate solution - all for a very reasonable price.
HVAC issues are not common, but when I do have one, I don't bother getting quotes from different contractors. I simply put my trust in David.
