I had a major flood in my home in Barrie. I called lemarg hoping that they would be able to help.
They arrived shortly after i called and were very friendly and were ready to jump in.
They extracted all the water and were very delicate with my contents. They made sure i was in the loop every step of the way.
They did a great job.Very professional and knowledgeable.
They helped me in a time of need and i am so glad i called them.

My cousin had a leak in his basement that flooded the entire basement. My cousin does not speak English fluently but Russell was very helpful and patient to explain throughly what we needed to do and in disposing of all the water from the house as quickly as possible. He went out of his way to make sure we got the help we needed and was always courteous in answering our calls and all of our questions. He did a phenomenal job in starting to renovate and fix all the damage from the house and is very detailed to make sure we get a quality finish without compromise. Thanks again Lemarg and we highly recommend you to our friends.

I had a basement sewer backup last week, after called Lemarg from google search, they came with in 20min, and right away goes in to action, suck out water, clean up, move all the stuff in to my garage, sort out all the contents in to boxes, remove all the floors in my basement, cut out all the baseboard and drywalls that got affected , call my insurance company deal with the claim, and bring 20+ blower to dry my basement.
They are professionals, very well organized and very well equipped. During the entire incident I never lift a finger. They are very comfortable to work with. If you ever need an emergency service, you don't need to go anywhere else. I would recommend this company to everyone! Thumbs up! Keep up the good work!

I live in Toronto on Lake Ontario located in the beaches. In April of this year, I experienced a major flood in my home which caused major damage to the main floor and basement. Being close to the water, I have had a few minor floods in the past, however, with a lot more rain fall than usual this year the damages were far worse then it has ever been. My neighbor recommended that I call a different restoration company as I have had problems in the past with other companies. She gave me the number to Lemarg so I called them to see what they could do. Withing 45 minutes there was a team there ready to get to work. The supervisor introduced himself and walked me through everything that they would have to do to save the integrity of my home. I was actually really impressed by his knowledge and the level of respect he had for me and my home. Once I felt comfortable enough, I signed the work authorization and the team got to work. Instantly the had their machines set up and started pumping out all the water. They communicated with each other and with me very clearly and directions were easy to understand and follow.
I was extremely satisfied with what I was seeing....... they were all working so quickly and sufficiently, I called my insurance company and explained the situation to them and Lemarg was there to help me every step of the way. It was actually a relief that they were able to speak with my insurance company directly as this helped save me a lot of time and stress from having to deal with it myself.
The team did so many tests inside my home such as a moisture reading test, infrared, they collected samples of my floor and carpet from every room affected. I was blown away. I never knew how big of a job this really was and Lemarg showed a great deal of experience and workmanship every single day.
The emergency stage was finished so quickly yet everything was done accurately and to perfection. They again worked with my adjuster to ensure I would get the most out of my rebuild which I also hired them to complete.
The supervisor and workers walked me through everything and gave me some great options. They were so kind and understanding and took the time to answer any questions or concerns that I had. They gave me feedback regarding what they would recommend and explained everything in great detail.
During the rebuild stage, they were able to store my contents at one of their near b y storage facilities so that I could have access to my personal belongings whenever I need them. This alone made such a huge difference.
The rebuild went off without a hitch and was finished on time. The finish product exceeded my expectations. I was absolutely amazed with their work and the attention they paid to detail. I could not be happier, what a great outcome for such a bad and frustrating situation.
I know now that if ever I have a situation like this again in the future or know anyone who does, I will recommend Lemarg without a thought. They are just such a great team and their work speaks for itself!! Lemarg, Thank you so very very much for your hard work and making my house a home again!!! You truly are the best in the industry!!!

Changing my review. We have had too many issues following the work that was performed and do not want to lead anyone else down the path because of our reviews. It would be unethical of me to leave this on here.

I live in the Heart of the Beaches just East of Toronto. I had a flood happen in my house early in the morning. I called Lemarg Inc after finding them online and I got amazing service when I called.
Within the first hour a crew was on site and working to extract the water and to save what they could of my person belongings. The supervisor was very professional and kept me informed as to what needed to be done. His knowledge and ability to communicate with me were impeccable.
There were no hidden costs, it made my bad situation more bearable knowing that the job was getting done right by people that actually showed compassion and handled my home and belongings like they really cared about me. I was able to ask questions and get straight answers and all the workers worked very hard.
I would definitely recommend Lemarg Inc to anyone looking for emergency services. They are awesome!!!!!!!
