Furnace quit working Easter Sunday. Repair man suggested it should be replaced. Said he would send salesperson out Tuesday morning at 8.
At 8 the salesperson arrived. We made the decision for a new furnace. The salesperson who was very understanding said it would be installed Tuesday morning. Two technicians arrived Tuesday morning; the furnace was operational by noon. The technicians did an excellent job with the installation and the cleaning up.
