We had an issue with the underground locates not being marked in time to start this job. Unfortunately it happens a lot. We had had to reschedule. We apologize for that.
Be informed that free locates are never on time. No matter what they tell you. We have the option for a pay service. It is much faster.
This customer was patient and understood we had to reschedule. We appreciate the review. Thanks guys.
