Our access panel to the broken valve is very small so initially Alex suggested that he may have to cut a wider hole to replace and weld the valve. But he took his time looking for ways not to cut the drywall and eventually he made it work. It took him longer time to replace because of the limited space available but at least we did not have to do any patch work afterwards. The extra effort he made shows how much he cares about his customers. Highly recommended!
