Panic at 7.00 pm. Fixed by 9.00 pm on the Thursday of the Easter weekend. Alex came when he said he would and called to let us know the exact time of arrival. His work was clean and swift and the cost was as estimated. His number is in our phone for ever. Thanks, Alex.
