My 91 year old mother has been living in her Etobicoke home since 1958. Late one winter's night, she had a small basement flood. Too far away to get there myself, I called Award Plus Plumbing and Alex came out in bad weather straight away. He was able to show her with a camera the broken old clay pipe and gave her some options. All the work done cleanly and professionally. She felt very comfortable with Alex and his crew. We are very pleased with the service.
