In order for us to have the water shut off valve replaced in our home (it had seized up) , we had arranged for the city to come find and turn off the outside shut off valve that is in the front lawn. Alex (Award Plus) told me to call him as soon as the city had done its part and, sure enough, he arrived in 20 minutes. The work was performed expertly, cleanly and efficiently. We would hire Alex for any future plumbing needs and highly recommend him.
