We have an older home and the bathroom faucet started dripping. I saw this company had a good rating on Home Stars and called. Alex came over within a few hours and said we could get a new cartridge for the old plumbing but it may not fix the problem long (I had replaced the cartridge by myself the year before). Putting in a new one required new plumbing in the wall. He said he would do it for a good price. We bought the new bathroom hardware. He opened up the opposite side of the bathroom wall, no wider than needed, and replaced the piping and installed the new fixtures in about 2 hours. Great service. He deducted the cost of the estimate from the final bill too. Very happy. Would recommend. Answers his own phone when you call. Also worked Sunday for us no extra charge.
