Maxaire service was cordial, prompt, honest, thorough, and effective. They responded promptly to a service call and the technician persisted until finding the root cause of the problem.
My Furnace was shutting down in one of the coldest days of the seasons so the temperature was dropping quickly and I was beginning to fear for my (house's) pipes. Luckily, Maxaire was able to send Kaja that same day and, after determining that the flame sensor was misbehaving he procured the part, and replaced the next day. Unfortunately, that was not the only problem, the furnace was running longer but still shutting down prematurely. Kaja fortunately persevered and found the connections for the pressure switch to be improperly connected, which was easily rectified, and solved the problem for good.
Kaja is very knowledgeable and thorough and I would definitively would trust him again with my furnace if it misbehaves again.
