Last winter (January), my older furnace died, and Summers & Smith were able to have a sales consultant at my home within 12 hours, and the old unit replaced within days. Then, at the 1 year anniversary, their technician, Matt, performed the annual check-up. Not only did he arrive right at the beginning of the scheduled 2-hr service window, he was professional, friendly, efficient and adhered to COVID protocols. He explained everything very clearly to me, and followed up within 3 days as he noticed an upgrade that was required. That took less than 1 hr to complete. Overall, I was really impressed by the technician (Matt), Michele who I spoke with to book the appointments, and going back to the initial install, Summers & Smith as a dependable company. I'm glad we're with them.

Summers and Smith came the same day I called. They took all the necessary Covid precautions. Everything that needed to be done was explained and when they discovered another damaged piece, I was shown what needed changing and told why. Summers and Smith has done work for me in the past and I would not consider using any other company.

I can't say enough about how well I was treated from my initial call to when my new furnace was installed. First class service from start to finish. My 26 year old furnace died at 5:30am Sunday. By 10:30 the on call technician arrived and confirmed my suspicion the furnace was done. 12:30 Sunday, Kevin from sales was in my basement taking measurements and providing me with an estimate and by 12:30 Tuesday we had a new furnace. The estimator was professional, knowledgeable and gave a great, competitive price. Installers were efficient, courteous and clean. When it was found that they had inadvertently turned off a breaker switch to my basement fridge/freezer and I had some food spoiled, they sent me a cheque for the amount with apologies which I thought was great. I would recommend them!

They are prompt, reliable and professional. I called them mid-morning about a problem with my furnace not working. Before 5 p.m. a technician had arrived, figured out the problem and repaired it. I highly recommend them.

Scott appeared at the appointed time , chats easily giving information and advice, squeezes into a tight place and has our drier connected quickly and expertly. Could not ask for better!

A call to the office and an appointment was made. In addition to an annual maintenance clean a small part was not functioning.
The young man that came was both polite and efficient. He needed to order a part but figured out a work around so the fireplace could be used until the new part arrives. As I said in the title, I'm still happy after all these years.
