Replacing the Chimney liner for the furnace
When Enercare came for an Annual Air Conditioner Service, the tech said that the Flue from the Hot Water Heater to the chimney was backing up. Of course Enercare said that they do not service the Flues and Chimneys.
I got a reference for Summers and Smith. I phoned them at 8 am on a Friday. They called back within 10 minutes and had two techs out by 10. They checked the Flue and chimney access and checked the chimney on the roof. It was the chimney liner that was causing the problem. They checked with their provider, got a liner and had it installed by 1 pm. The service was timely and quick and wonderful.
