Fireplace was not working, and had it cleaned up
I had Ryan come by, as my fireplace was not working. In addition, it was long overdue for a cleaning. Ryan was great. He called to make a reservation, and then phoned when he was on his way. This got him to my place right in time. He was very knowledgable and informative, and asked questions when he needed to.
He did a thorough cleaning of my gas fireplace. He removed all of the pieces one by one, and cleaned all of them. He vacuumed all the areas, cleaned the soot out, and cleaned both sides of the glass. He even spray painted the fireplace black, and had it looking like new.
The issue was from the wall switch being toast, which he quickly remedied. He also checked for gas leaks, connectivity to the wires, and had great recommendations for fireplace maintenance.
All in all, a great experience, and his customer service was great. His great review on here is well deserved, and I recommend him to anyone that needs any sort of work done on their fireplace!
