Sales guy was very knowledgeable and gave me a quote the same day the quote included 3 separate prices and I was not pressured to make a decision right away, a pleasant experience. 2 techs were pleasant to deal with. They explained what they did and made sure I was satisfied with the installation before leaving. They cleaned up after themselves. This was a very pleasant experience from start to finish and would certainly recommend Cross Heating without hesitation.

Our water heater died on a sunday night. By monday morning Clint was here and had a new one installed by early afternoon. Very professional service. New heater came with a 10 year warranty on parts and labour. We will use Cross again for a furnace maintenance too.

A quick visit and inspection pre-installation quickly identified the need for a cold air return from the 2nd floor. A plan was made and only a few days latter the entire work was done. The workers were polite and respecful of safety measures (Covid-19).

Excellent service, came out within a day to install a new water heater when our old one broke down.

Brad was so helpful when our hot water heater suddenly stopped working. Even though it was a Saturday he responded to the call and fixed it within a couple of hours. He even followed up with a phone call to make sure all was well. Such friendly, thoughtful service!

This is a great company with honest people. I run a rental business and can tell the difference when someone comes to one of our properties to do a professional job vs. when someone comes to try to juice up a sale. These guys are the former, not the latter, and are adept at providing great service in a professional manner. Their price is good and I will definitely use them again and hope everyone else uses them too. I've been around the block a few times and just moved my business from Toronto to the Kitchener-Waterloo area and I was impressed by the technician they sent and with the way the company operates. If you had an extra star they should get 6.
