Working with Nibia Movers was a pleasant experience from start to finish. Marina was very helpful and communicative when I was trying to sort out details to get a quote, and was happy to elaborate on the services they could provide (and cost). The quote was reasonable - not the cheapest in terms of total, but I felt that the timely communication and responsiveness would be worth it. In addition, I was quoted a 4 man crew for packing/loading and 3 man crew for unloading, which I feel was a more realistic assessment than the 2-man crew other companies quoted.
This professionalism carried over onto the actual move date, where the crew arrived on time, got my messy apartment packed and ready to go in the estimated time, and had sufficient packing materials on hand. Throughout the whole process they were very communicative about what they were going to do and what would be required to facilitate that.
The same thing happened on the other side of the move - Andrey and his crew showed up on time, unloaded and reassembled everything efficiently. They definitely helped to make my move a lot smoother than if I had tried to DIY and I would request their services again. Final price was definitely in the ballpark of the quote and well worth it.
