This is our second year in this home, and we had to call Mike again, as the ants have returned. Mike was able to fit us in quickly, and sprayed and baited all over the house to stop the pharaoh and carpenter ants from taking over.
Mike was very friendly and helpful, explaining everything for us and letting us know what type of ant activity to expect in the coming weeks. When the pharaoh ants found another route inside the house and began taking over a cupboard again, Mike returned and sprayed and baited again, this time for free!
I am so grateful that I found such a trustworthy pest control guy, I don't think it is too often that companies offer such a thorough guarantee, but I was very appreciative that Mike came back again so fast to take care of that second round of ants. He is a great guy, and this is a great company. I will be calling Mike again for any pests in the future.
