I received several quotes to build a 22x22 garage from scratch on my new Duplex Townhome property. The quotes ranged from $15,000 all the way up to $42,000! It pays to shop around and make sure you have the company and people meet you on site to provide professional and accurate quotes. The guys that quoted me $15,000 to $20,000 never came and did a site visit. And the guys that quoted me $30,000 to $42,000 obviously were trying to rip me off. I decided to go with Alta Home Garages because they did a few prior site visits, had a professional team behind them, offered a warranty, were insured and bonded and were licensed contractors via the Alberta government. They also offered an easy payment plan in 4 stages of work progression. They used quality materials and the workmanship was great. I would highly recommend calling Vitali to get you Garage built.
