I called Ruhul and he came over on a Sunday morning, which was appreciated.
He did an exterior sweep around the house, and located their entry point as seen in the above photo.
Ruhul then surveyed the basement and located the interior entry point as well as found where the rat was lurking in our furnace room.
He then set up a bait station, a number of traps located strategically, and then advised where we should seal the entry points.
He was personable, and took the time to learn about the problem as well as the layout of the house.
I would recommend him to others facing a similar situation.

Thank you for your review! With rodent problems, it is very important to find and close all the entry points. This allowed for us to deal with the current problem and prevent future problems. These entry points are usually difficult to find without a thorough inspection.
