Had the pleasure of dealing with the owner (Taha) while gathering quotes and information for a 14 unit building to present to my condo board. Taha was fast, responsive, knowledgable and incredibly helpful.

They are fast on the service and very effective. The product that they use are environmentally friendly. I would recommend to any one who has issue with any kind of pests.

We had a major issue with carpenter ants. Contact Pest Control was onsite the next day. Arrived on time, as promised, and did the job. Issue is fixed. Best company in town.

We had a mouse problem that had gotten out-of-control last June at our rental property (older home in East End). I contracted with Contact Pest Control based on the reviews in Homestars and was glad I did as the issue has been fully addressed.
The work was performed in a very professional manner and we received advice on some structural improvements that we implemented to make it harder for the mice to get in.
I held off on writing this review as I wanted to see how great the 1 year warranty was in case we saw a recurrence (which is common in older homes). Sure enough our tenants reported a mouse issue this week.
The warranty call was treated just like the original visit that included additional improvement suggestions. Funny enough, the mouse recurrence seems to be an isolated incident as there was very little evidence of any activity this time around.
Needless to say, I recommend Contact Pest Control without hesitation - they are the real deal.

Our home hardwood floor has been infested some nasty powderpost beetles. We called the contact pest control for help as we saw the company got very good rating on Homestar. As most comments mentioned, Taha, the owner and the operator, is very friendly and efficient. He and his associate came to my home on time and spray the pesticide twice before and after the hardwood removal. Taha promised one year warranty. Now the hardwood floor has been replaced and hopefully we will not see the activities of these beetles ever again.

Contact Pest Control has been successful in eliminating the bedbugs in my home just after one treatment giving me a peace of mind and back to good sleeptime again which I didn't have in the last few months. But I still went ahead for the second treatment because I want to make sure they never come back again. Fingers crossed. One advice: never tried to get rid of bedbugs by yourself. I have learned my lesson. Contact Pest Control has shown true professionalism working through clutters and other mess in my home. Great job!

I had two jobs, one with a tenant who is extremely nor clean and you can see food all over the floor which cause severe damages to my house. I called the Pest Control Company and they sent the expert crew next day because I had to give 24 Hr. notice, they diagnosed the cause of these issues and how to prevent it. The other job was in my personal house, they did not try to offer treatment that I don't need, they listen to my concern and provided the needed service in very reasonable price, it is headache free job

We received a call in the middle of the night from the tenants of a home we rent. They said they had seen a rat in their kitchen. Obviously they were very disturbed. After calling numerous companies and getting voice mail, I called a national company. They were very helpful but could not arrange for an appointment for two days out. I tried Contact Pest Control - which I found by Googling. Taha answered the phone, listened to the "situation" and in less than two hours someone was at the home, did a thorough check, discovered that it was mice and not rats. Taha called me right away and told me the situation and where the weaknesses were in the foundation of the house that allowed the "pesky ones" in. The service person went through the house with the tenant and put them at ease. We now have an appointment in one months time to see if the steps they took to kill off the mice has worked. This is an unbelievable service. I highly recommend.

I chose this company because of the good reviews here at Homestars. I was not disappointed because they delivered their service at the time that I needed it most. Tara replies to all questions before and after the service has been done. The pest and insect problems in our new house were resolved in a short time. I will call the company again for my annual maintenance.
