Mouse Problems No Longer - Contact Pest Control is the real deal
We had a mouse problem that had gotten out-of-control last June at our rental property (older home in East End). I contracted with Contact Pest Control based on the reviews in Homestars and was glad I did as the issue has been fully addressed.
The work was performed in a very professional manner and we received advice on some structural improvements that we implemented to make it harder for the mice to get in.
I held off on writing this review as I wanted to see how great the 1 year warranty was in case we saw a recurrence (which is common in older homes). Sure enough our tenants reported a mouse issue this week.
The warranty call was treated just like the original visit that included additional improvement suggestions. Funny enough, the mouse recurrence seems to be an isolated incident as there was very little evidence of any activity this time around.
Needless to say, I recommend Contact Pest Control without hesitation - they are the real deal.
