Catalina Custom roofing went over and above my expectations in fixing the roof leak and installing a new roof.
The customer service Craig provided was outstanding from the initial communication. He is knowledgable and thorough and never did I feel any pressure to commit. His professionalism, experience and honesty made my decision easy. Before the work on the roof was to start Craig covered the area that was leaking until it could be fixed.
Nicole helped with the colour of shingles and reassured the type of shingles and answered any and all questions I may have had. She kept in contact with me with when everything would arrive to when the work would begin.
Craig and crew worked in a timely and courteous manner and left the place clean.
The whole experience from start to finish went smooth.
