Didn't fix my machine and still wanted to charge labour, would not leave unless I paid more than the agreed upon service call charge. Paid them half the amount they wanted just to get rid of them, but should have just let my 2 huge dogs in. Don't waste your time with these people.

Did not fix dishwasher!
I paid $310 for him to come, he said it was fixed but it wasnt, I called him back and he said I needed a new drain pump and it would cost me an additional $375.
I decided to take dishwasher apart myself and found a clogged drain hose which I fixed and works perfectly.
Stay far away!

My boyfriend called and had a technician come to service by LG dishwasher, barely used. I bought it brand new and maybe used it 7 times. The technician said he cleaned it out as it was 'clogged' which seems impossible as I've barely used it. However, he is the expert. He charged $310.00, and as I was still at work I was asked to e-transfer the money after receiving the invoice via email. The invoice indicated if still not working needs a new drain pump which I noticed after the fact. I did, as he wanted to leave to do another job. I got home and my dishwasher still didn't work. I called, he came back the next day and told me it needed a new door latch for an additional $237 plus tax. I refused and said I paid money already and was told it was fixed, I looked online and the part was $50 on the LG website. The company refused to allow me to speak to a manager, each time saying they'd call back (5 x) and never did. They said they'd send another technician to confirm what part was needed at the invoice had another part listed and they never did. I asked to just pay the $50 part cost and was told no it's $237 plus tax again.

They stopped responding to my emails. I had to call another tech who replaced the door latch and charged me $100 including labour.

Same day serviced my dryer and gave me $25 senior citizen discount. Technician was polite and nice. would recommend to everyone.

30 min. defrost work to my refrigerator freezer. No parts involve. I vacuumed up. Arrived promptly and serviceman polite. Serviceman told what was needed and gave a quote for work as $278 plus tax, but at 4:30 Sat. what can I do? $640 per hour to use a hand held steamer and I helped move the ice? I complained to "manager" after the fact who noted I was not charged extra for the service, and promised to get back - never did. These people are pirates feeding on the fears of customers. I cannot recommend this company.

I've contacted this company because they have advertised they are servicing GTA and Barrie. They have responded to my email very quickly and scheduled a technician visit for the same day. When the time came to show up they suddenly called to reschedule the visit for the next day evening. OK. The things happen. The next day I drove from Toronto to Barrie just to meet the technician and spent the whole evening sitting in the kitchen - no body came. I tryed to call the company via all your available on their website and email signature phone numbers. The number were either not answering or disconnected. Ghost company. No responsibility. No care.
No calls, no emails. No follow ups. This was very terrible experience to engage your services.
