Fast Fix Appliance Repair

Charged us $6200 for a broken ice maker. We paid down payment of 1/2 after being bullied. This technician didnt have any diagnostic equipment. He said that if we waited any longer, our repair would cost over 12k. We were nervous and didnt want to spend more money so we paid the deposit. After calling the company that we purchased the fridge from, they told us to call their recommended reputable Sub Zero fridge repair technician. The first company claimed they were authorized Sub Zero technicians. This is in fact FALSE. We then called another reputable and actual Sub Zero authorized repair person to give us a second opinion. This technician used a computer to diagnosis the issue and said that the arm in the ice maker was in the off position. He flipped it open and flushed water through the system and the ice maker starter to make ice. When we called the first technician back to say that their diagnosis was incorrect and that we wanted our money back, they wouldn't give it back. After several phone calls we finally recouped all but $600. Do not use this company ever.

DO NOT waste your time or money on any services provided by this company. Be aware that many of the "5 Star" reviews on Google have a suspiciously similar pattern to them. Based on the honest 1 star reviews and my personal experience with the company, I suspect that they have planted 5 Star reviews. Especially since they have 700+ 5 star reviews, 600 more than the top appliance repair companies listed on Google. They came to repair my refrigerator, misdiagnosed the issue, charged us $800 for a $400 part and 1 hour of labour and are now slow to send a technician to resolve the issue. I don't feel they are competent and have the expertise to concisely diagnose the issue. This works for them as it results in repeated service calls. Please don't waste your time or money!

I gave a down payment of 700 and was told I would get a call for a date for repair to my fridge. No call so I gave a bad review, then they called and proceeded to yell at me. I said I wanted my money back but now after they yelled at me again, almost 3 months later and Im still out 700. These people are bad, bad,bad!!!!!

Complete bait and switch beware. Show up and charge $200 more than the diagnosis fee for no labor. Beware. They ask to pay via etransfer and not visa for a reason.

They overcharged for labour and did not send an invoice !! When you call for warranty service 30 day guarantee they give you a hard time to book a warranty service call . I will not use them again

He came to fix my fridge- claimed he fixed the freezer but did not as it is still not working a few hours later. Asked me for a towel and then He left a HUGE wet melting mess on my floor from defrosting my freezer and did not clean it up or put any of the drawers or shelves or items back in the fridge that he took out.
