Just wanted to say thank Chalsey and Rachel for the wonderful service they provided! We found the house of our dream for the budget we have. Hopewell Residential truly offers a great value for the dollar. We got a home just under 2000 SF with a bonus room and a number of upgrades, including granite countertops in the kitchen! And it is located in the Lake Community! Since we need only one car for our family as my wife doesn’t drive, there is no need for us to pay for a double car garage. Hopewell Residential is the only company in Mahogany that offers houses with one car garage. And also it gives you opportunity to reduce expenditure on zero line lot so that you can afford more living space in the house. And again, you simply cannot beat the value. We got a lot of nicely laid out living space for the price of a much smaller double garage house on a wider lot. So, for many people out there with a tight budget, that could be a great solution. We love our new home and are looking forward to moving in! As for the sales team, they are extremely nice people who have an ability to listen and understand their clients. They patiently addressed every need of our growing family and helped us to make the right choice in terms of layouts and upgrades! I recommend dealing with Chalsey and Rachel big time!
