The ladies at the sales office were very helpful and pleasant to deal with as was the site supervisor. Our only issue was the design studio. You have to pick your finishes, appliances and plumbing before they will start the build yet when it was time fo to supply our tile they couldn't supply it. All the other finishes including paint had been selected to get the look we wanted. There was no apology or explanation why it wasn't available. When I went to pick out other tile my selection was very limited as the boards were empty or not available. It seemed like they didnt want me to upgrade which I thought should have been offered as they couldn't supply what we picked. I got the feeling it would be to much trouble to redo the paper work.
Overall we have been happy with the service and end product.
