From the time we walked into the laned show homes for Hopewell in Mahogany, we were treated very well. The sales team was helpful, respectful, and never went for the pressure sale, a nice change from the other builders we visited. Once we decided to purchase, they were always available to answer any questions and schedule last minute walk-throughs of the property as it was being constructed. The selections process was easy and we had ample opportunity to make changes before we signed off on final selections. The crew who worked on our house did an impeccable job, which was clearly the result of a great site super. He ensured any errors were quickly fixed and that the team produced quality workmanship. The job was done right and was even ahead of schedule.

Any build process can be frustrating if you don't do you due diligence, but as long as you keep yourself organized, ask questions when you have them, and read your documentation fully, then it can be a success. Hopewell was great to work with. I hope to be just as happy with them following our warranty period.
