Chimney liner replaced not even 2 yrs later

Mr Sheppard installed a liner in my chimney. When I had another local sweep company come in to clean, there were so many defects with his installation it had to be ripped out and re done. Seam in liner not properly connected and leaking creosote, not enough or proper stainless screws in liner tee, top cap and termination plate not the right size or fit correctly! DO NOT CALL for anything or you will pay! Trust me on this one.
