Brae Came out to assess the job and had his crew out first thing the next day to install the new furnace. Workmanship was excellent and both BRae and his team (Tyler and another Man) were very professional and clean. I would highly recommend them for any HVAC needs for both repairs and installs.

I called Brae at 7:30 am to repair our furnace as it had stopped working the night before and we had gone without heat all night. He responded in under 5 minutes and squeezed us into his schedule which is likely jam packed during this time of year. He was very punctual, polite, professional, informative, and friendly. He had the required part in his truck so he was able to fix it immediately. He was in and out in 20 minutes and our furnace was back up and running. Brae’s rates are extremely reasonable as well. The coldest day this year and my furnace stopped working. Called the big companies, but they couldn't make it soon. Called Brae and he came in just over and hour. Friendly to deal with and knowledgable. Repaired within a reasonable time at having to go for parts. Showed the problem and what was repaired. He also gave all the options without a sales pitch. I called Brae after 6pm as my thermostat stopped working. He answered right away and was at my house and installed a new one in less than 30 minutes. If you need awesome service for a good price, give Brae a call.

When the coldest day hit naturally my furance went out on me, some research and checking Homestars lead me to contact Brae who was prompt, honest and above all else walked me through everything he was doing. Was so good that I’ve decided to also use him for a new AC unit in the spring. Highly recommended as he is transparent, trustworthy and beyond helpful.

Professional service by Brae. He is very responsive and within your budget. He installed a Humidifier at my house and its working fine without any problem. I had no trouble in setting up the appointment and he promptly showed up.

Brea Daly installed a furnace humidifier for me at the beginning of the year. I was having trouble getting it to work since turning it back on with the furnace this winter. I called Brae who immediately returned my call and was over within an hour. Not only great and friendly service, but when something goes wrong , he responds immediately.
