Needing a new furnace and looking for a service to do this work, I connected with a few local installers. Brae was the most responsive, showed up at my house that evening and provided a very reasonable quote (less than other providers) for a high quality furnace. He recommended a duct ceaning service that did an incredible job at a reasonable price. The duct cleaning was done 6 days after quote and the furnace was installed the following day on time. Professional job done by pleasant crew, very clean and delivered as promised. Brae is honest, reliable , responsive and great to work with. If you need a new furnace, call Brae.

Brae was scheduled to do a check up on our furnace and fireplace. He ended up fixing a noise problem we'd been having with our furnace as well as maintenance on both. He and his assistant were both very professional and courteous. When asked Brae gave us information about the furnace and followed up with a quote for both furnace and a/c replacement. We won't hesitate to hire him for installation next year.

My original furnace from 1991 needed replacing, Internet reviews pointed me to Brae Daly. We had Brae and his Team replace our old Furnace with a nice new unit along with a attached Humidifier, excellent service, highly recommended, thankyou.

We found Brae on Homestars when our 25+ year old a/c unit broke down the first week of July. Brae recommended a new unit that both met our needs and was priced reasonably. The crew was on time (actually, were able to come out a day earlier), tidy, and polite and professional. We certainly appreciated the a/c this summer ! I thought for sure that I would need a new a/c unit (17 years old) when it would not turn on but Brae showed up on the scheduled time and quickly diagnosed that I only needed an inexpensive capacitor replaced - saving me hundred of dollars on the cost of a new unit. The installation was done within a couple hours by the guys from True North Home Comfort who covered my flooring with a rubber runner mat from the front door, down the stairs, and right into the furnace room. When they were done, you could even tell that they were there- absolutely no mess anywhere.
