I had a technician come and look at a few electrical issues in my townhouse. He arrived on time (which I find very important) and he did a very thorough job analyzing and troubleshooting my issue. He was very friendly and explained a lot to me. He gave me multiple options to solve my issues and never pressured me to make a quick decision.
