Bob reached out within 15 minutes of my service request on homestars. He got straight to the point, answered all my questions and got me a technician in the following work day. Best price out there and they did the job quicker than estimated with other businesses at a better price as well. There were some minor hiccups (not being able to drain the tank due to sentiment built up) but the bothers rallied and removed the tank with ease. I appreciate the care they put in to my home as they had to go down 2 small flights of stairs and white painted walls. They put down protective fabric to protect my wood stairs. They were in and out in a few hours and I am happy to say that I can take a hot shower again.
