We needed to replace 2 double hung windows. Sales person who visited gave us a very informative presentation on the options including frames of a composite wood which has a very long guaranteed life span and glass fabricated to filter sun rays. We were able to select various features for the aesthetics wanted. Installation schedule was advised well ahead of time and was done exactly as anticipated. We are very very satisfied.
