I had Tornado Plumbing pour my new concrete basement floor. They did a great job and were able to get the job done in one day. The removal of the old floor and preparation was done by another company. Thanks Serhiy!

I have a 100 year old semi-detached house. The corner of the house is sinking along with the concrete walkway. I contacted several contractors because I will be hiring someone I can trust.....and is flexible.....and because there is no way to determine the final cost or remedy until excavation. I had a contractor who said nothing to one who said I only needed to replace the walkway. Sergey displayed patience. We spent half an hour discussing possibilities. On excavation we find there is no footing. There is a large rock embedded in the foundation. The engineer's plan, which would have cost $36,000, was abridged at my request. If further work is needed I will be calling Sergey.

Had a clogged bathroom sink and called Tornado Plumbing on saturday afternoon. Sergiy came and he was very polite and professional. Eventhough we called just for the sink,he checked the valves and the faucet and suggested to replace them not to cause any leak . Very pleased with the service and the price. Sergey and his team are very professional, responsive, and quick to complete the job. Sergey's recommendations were highly valued and helped avoid plumbing issues in future. He was so great with this waterproofing job I called him back months later to replace main valve pipes, fix the exterior pipe connection that caused the backup, and fix an interior pipe that leaked after the winter thaw.

I called a few plumbers in after the waterproofing company I hired had damaged my property trying to install a subpump and backwater valve that was somewhat tricky and did not meet my requirements. What impressed me the most was that Sergey put aside concerns about stepping in the middle of another man's job and recognized I needed someone to help fix and properly install this waterproofing system before a new concrete floor was installed, something other plumbers declined upon personal principle. I would have selected him anyway because his recommendations were by far the best that any waterproofer or plumber recommended and the cost was reasonable (I interviewed ~20 waterproofers last year!).

Sergey not only fixed their unsatisfactory work by repositioning the backwater valve so it fit inside the closet as initially specified. He simplified the plumbing network, moved the main drain from in the middle of the room (where another water backup could have occurred) to the maintenance closet with a backflow stopper and removed the furnace/water heater drainage to eliminate unnecessary plumbing and an inaccessible drain. He also relocated the subpump from the middle of the room to inside the second maintenance closet and managed the exhaust to the front of the house (through a wall I was told was "too thick to drill through") like I had initially specified to avoid an icy driveway in the winter. In addition to the basics, he installed a main line cleanout to be able to repair the main pipes that do not have sufficient slope (great recommendation!) and he filled in the basement trench network with weeping tile and gravel, agreeing to extend an additional 5 ft not initially included in the quote.

We spoke yesterday, he arrived this morning on time. He made recommendations and completed the job quickly and efficiently with no fuss and no mess. This is my fourth time using them and I would highly recommend !!

I contacted Tornado Plumbing regarding waterproofing, installation of a sump pump and a backflow prevention valve at my home. I could not be more pleased with the results. The crew was on time everyday, left the jobsite clean and overall delivered a quality product. The communication was open and additional recommendations were provided to ensure the safety and security of my investment. The team also assisted in helping me complete the necessary paper work to obtain the city rebate. Overall I am very pleased and do plan on using Tornado Plumbing in the spring of 2020 to complete additional projects.

Tornado Plumbing lived up to the reviews and did a fantastic job! At my house they started with outdoor water proofing (including a sump pump). Their team was fast, professional and dedicated to delivering a high degree of quality. I was so impressed with their waterproofing work that I have since had them return to redo my basement floor slab and plumbing. If I require future work that aligns with their skill set, I will definitely be contacting them again.

We had a leak that I thought was going to an outside facet. Turns out it was not and it was a pipe leading upstairs. There was a small crack in the elbow.

Tornado was able to get somebody here within the hour from when I called. They replaced the section of pipe that was affected and were very tidy in their work.
