When I tried to turn off the main water shut-off valve it started leaking. I requested an online quote from their website, which they did for free. I accepted the quote and they came out to do the repair at my convenience. The repair was done in a fast and efficient manner and the area left clean. Very courteous owner and staff. I would highly recommend them.

Serhiy and his guys came by my new place to do a full re-pipe to replace defective Kitec plumbing. They were able to complete the entire project in a single day and did a great job.

Tornado replaced the existing 100 year-old clay pipe floor drains and rerouted new PVC pipes inside the basement and outside, replaced the lead pipe water service outside the house, waterproofed the interior basement walls with delta membrane, installed French Drain, Sump Pump, and Back - Flow Valve, poured a new concrete floor, replaced all water lines in basement and moved them to the bulkhead along the side wall, and roughed in all new plumbing for a laundry, washroom and kitchenette. From first contact with Serhiy, we felt good about going with Tornado for our waterproofing and renovation project. He replied to emails promptly, showed up when he said he would, and even came out again after our initial meeting to provide us with a more detailed description of the work and answer questions about the job. Work progressed as promised, according to schedule, with Boris and team going above and beyond on many occasions. They moved our washer, dryer, up and down stairs, coordinated with other companies when they were both on site, and cleaned up after each job. They ensured we had hot water and access to our washer and dryer throughout the process, without disruption. Serhiy was quick to respond to questions and to send Boris when anything unexpected came up, which it inevitably will. Very happy with the work and would recommend Tornado Plumbing.

The city is replacing the lead water supply pipes in our area with copper, and we decided to replace the segment from the city to our house with copper as well.

We also installed a sewer backup valve at the same time.

Sergei was excellent at explaining the work when providing a quote - patient, clear, and thorough. Quote was also fair.

The working crew did a good job, and were impressively tidy. Where a rebate was applicable, they took the time to explain how to fill out the forms to make it easy for the customer.

Tornado plumbing did an excellent job installing a backwater valve. Sergey and his team were excellent. He thoroughly explained every aspect of the job from start to finish. When the job was complete, it was as if they were never there. The whole work area was spotless. We were so impressed with their work, that they will be coming back next month to do exterior water prooofing. We would definitely recommend Tornado Plumbing to anyone in need of plumbing services.
