Garage door cable kept coming off one pulley. Called original supplier of doors for a service call. After waiting nearly a week, he finally showed up and reinstalled cable. Came off again and have been waiting five days for him to book a service call. Got tired of waiting so I called Albert after reading his HomeStar reviews. He responded within two hours and immediately identified and rectified the problem. He is our new go-to guy for garage door service. Price was reasonable too. Thanks Albert for your prompt response and professional service.
