Service was very efficient from the first contact by phone. The engineer who came out was friendly and fast. I would use this company again and would not hesitate to recommend them. ?

After about 8 months my LG dryer was making a loud buzzing noise when it first started up. LG recommended this company for the warranty work. After three visits and multiple parts installed on the dryer the noise was as bad as ever and after the third visit I noticed it was making a a kind of rubbing noise that was not there before. I called Southland to see if I could have another tech look at the problem as the guy they were sending was obviously not fixing the problem and was creating new ones. He then accused me of saying the technician was deliberately creating the problem, which I did not. Long story short, I called LG and they will be sending out another company to try and fix the problem and they apologized for the poor service.

Visions Electronics asked them to check out our TV, which was under warranty. They came right on time and didn't waste our time by trying to do trial and error. They did an assessment and concluded that we needed a replacement instead of wasting money and time. In just over 7 days we got a new upgraded TV. I certainly would recommend them to anyone.

My washer was making a lot of noise and wasn’t draining properly. The technician arrived on time and did the repair (replaced pump) promptly. He was very polite and answered all my questions. I am very satisfied with the service and how tidy the technician was while doing the repair.

Our LG dishwasher drain was on the fritz. It had only sometimes drained for the last 4 months. When I called LG, they recommended Southand Tech. I could not get an old XBOX to connect to the AV inputs of a new LG OLED TV. Southland TS found the issue in minutes -AV mini connector cable not fully inserted. The mini jack seems to stop before fully inserted, but it must be firmly pushed beyond 1st stop to connect video input, otherwise no video.
