Misleading, Unscupulous, sketchy, not worth a dime of your money.
This company completely took advantage of me. Was told over the phone a service charge and estimate was $75- to be removed when I went ahead with the job. Upon arrival, the service man took apart my wine fridge (which I assumed was part of the diagnosis to find what was wrong) and then said it was $240 to fix. He did not tell me what the issue was, but said it had to be restarted. Do you not think I know how to turn the on button on? I had made several mentions that it was not getting cold and he said he ‘reset it somehow’ but would not show me when I asked. He then called his boss who tried to threaten me with small claims over refusal of $220 (he somehow lowered the price) How can you live with yourself from deceiving people out of their hard earned money? The service man was at my home for less than 15 minutes, and wanted $220 after pressing the on button. The worst part is, after he left, the fridge was still broken and not cooling. Complete waste of my time and money. If anyone should be suing, it will be me - taking this crappy company to the business bureau.
P.s. Your response to the previous unhappy customer just goes to show this company has no intention of helping the customer. Continuing to run a greedy company will only make you very poor in the end.
