I reported my broken window to Strata. I was expecting to wait another 3 to 6 months from competitor to replace the glass as thats how long it took in the past. RPJ did a fantastic job replacing my window that had a broken seal. Most companies do not do smaller jobs and would rather replace entire sections, rather than dealing with the actual problem. For example, my window was a section of 3 windows (2 were perfectly fine). Other glass companies wanted to replace all 3!! And wanted a lot more money as a result. The quote/estimate was spot on, and they kept their promises on delivery and install times.

We needed to replace a piece of glass in our shower as we got new tiles and the tiles were thicker than the previous ones so our shower glass door didn't fit anymore. We called 6 different companies and only 2 companies came to the home to take measurements to provide a proper quote. Riley was the only one that told us we only needed to replace one panel of glass instead of all 3.

I can't say enough good words about Riley. Too bad we can only give him 5 stars. He is professional, responsive, and integral with his work. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for any type of glass work.

Riley did a fantastic job of responding to our request for a quote by reaching out almost immediately to set up a time. We considered our options and then hired him to replace the glass for 2 larger windows on the south side of our 10 year old home.
