My roof was in terrible condition, needed everuthing replaced, they were very professional, explained everything and worked their butts off now I have a brand new roof

My parents own several charming but aging houses in East Toronto that always have something or the other that needs fixing. For roof and gutter issues, Perry is our go-to guy because he is straightforward, reliable, and does excellent work.

The last job we used his company for was for an old semi-detached house that needed over half of its gutters replaced. It also has an extension into the back yard that had never had proper drainage installed for some reason, which was damaging the building.

Perry checked out the site with me and recommended the best course of action - what needed to be build where and why, where the water should be directed, what work was recommended versus what work was essential, etc. When we agreed on the job, he and his team did the work quickly, and left an immaculate job site behind. I followed up with the tenants months later on how the new system is doing and they are very pleased. Will definitely use these guys for our next job!

We hired Quality Assured to repair an area on our roof. Perry took his time and answered all questions, he ensured that we understood what was going on, took pictures of the damages and show us. Our gutters were in rough shape, and our roof had several large holes that could be accessed by critters. Perry obviously has many years of experience in the industry, and gave me a thorough breakdown of all of the roof's existing problems and their level of severity, and pointed out spots where future issues may be developing. Perry and his team did a terrific job sealing up those holes and replacing our busted gutters. They worked quickly and cleaned up their worksite impeccably. I highly recommend them and plan to use Assured for all of our future roofing needs.

Perry and his team were friendly, did their work within the time they said they would, and cleaned up after themselves. They went above and beyond cleaning up some raccoon mess, prettied up some old flashing on the house, and a few other appreciative extras to make the garage more presentable and critter resistant.

After a few days of rain, i checked the work, and as expected no leaks. They did their job, priced fairly, and over delivered. I would recommend to anyone. Thanks Perry and team.

In the summer of 2020 Perry and his team went above and beyond to replace our flat roof, install new perimeter flashing and a new soffit where there ought to have been one, gutters, and (since the roof was already open) install a new bathroom exhaust fan. While removing the old roofing, they discovered that our chimney had deteriorated to the point of collapse. They fixed for us before continuing on the roof. Everything seems to be holding quite up well. I would highly recommend them. Great guys!

Perry and team did a terrific job on fixing our roof/eavestrough from future ice damming. Very responsive, on time, and quality work. Went above and beyond by making some additional repairs not in the original scope. Plus Perry is very friendly! Highly recommend!
