Assured Quality Roofing and Eavestroughs

Water was coming down side of house and getting inside due to previous poor install of flat roof and fascia/eavestrough. Perry clearly explained and showed what the issues were and steps needed to repair. Quote was competitive for the job. The work was done by Perry and his team in a timely matter and met all expectations. Has resolved water issue and saved me possible $$$ of extra work I thought I would need to do. I would recommend to all to have a discussion/quote with Assured Quality for your roofing needs

I would definitely recommend this roofing company. Some of the aluminum framing on our roof and around an attic window had come loose and fallen. Perry and AJ did an excellent job with these repairs. Perry is very knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to explain the work that needed to be done. They take the time to get the job done properly. I would use this company again for any roof issues.

Perry and his team fixed our flat roof, partial shingles, replaced down spouts, and gutter guards. He also patched the chimney and applied a membrane around it. Satisfied with the work. He also came back to the site later on to inspect / fix potential leaking. This work was actually done in 2017 and I'm writing this review now after reviewing old invoices.

My current eavestrough system was not working as designed. Water was pouring over the eavestrough and not draining properly. Perry and his team were responsive from my first call through to the end of the repair / rehabilitation. The workmanship was good, site was left clean, and when an extra retrofit was required they responded right away and were there the same week.

YCC145 hired Assured Quality to replace our eaves and downspouts. They were very professional, on time, tell us everyday what they were doing, and went beyond what they were suppose to do. Corrected lots of problems from past roofers. They also showed us pictures of other issues as well.

Perry is a good communicator. He did a good job of determining what needed to be done for a complex roof. He demonstrated craftsmanship, honesty and innovation in his suggestions for solving issues. He was professional and willing to take the time to do the job properly. I would recommend him.

I first met Perry in 2017 when I needed eaves and downspouts installed after having my roof replaced. Boy did I wish I had contacted him before using the roofer my contractor recommended. Perry was knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what needed to be done to ensure a quality job - both for his installation, and for the roof that was already replaced. This year I needed my garage roof replaced but had misplaced Perry's card so I contacted a number of roofers - both through HomeStars and through recommendations. Despite a number of promises to come by to give me an estimate, no one arrived. I noticed a number in my contacts just called "Roofer", texted to see who it was, and luckily it was Perry. He came by the next day, provided me a quote within 5 days and completed the work within 2 weeks of first contact. I don't know if Perry's costs were a bit higher than I would have been charged by a fly-by-night roofer. And I don't care. I want a roofer who knows what he is doing, who can explain what and why he follows a specific process, who shows up when he promises, who cleans up after the job, who is pleasant to deal with, and who stands behind his work. Perry meets all of these requirements and I highly recommend his company.
