Perry is very trustworthy, honest, and he does excellent work. I would recommend him to anyone that is looking to get work done. He's very clean when doin. His work. If you call him he's there when you need him and on time. My experience with him was amazing

I am very satisfied with Assured Quality. Perry came the day I called to do an estimate and the work was done two days later. The workers were polite and worked with care in the areas with garden as they installed the new eaves troughs. That meant a lot to me.
I would recommend this company and feel quite satisfied with the work they did. They are serious about the word "quality."

Perry and his people were excellent. This was a tough job because we wound up replacing the joists and boards throughout. Perry showed me the before and after pictures when the job was completed. I would highly recommend them.

Perry and his team re-located the down-pipes according to the new city bylaws, installed gutter guards and solar roof vents, did a great job, returned to re-seal a couple of seams. They pointed out some issues with existing roofing that we were not aware of. Courteous, proactive, on time and excellent work!

We were having issues with squirrels on a flat roof, creating a mess and causing issues with solar panels. Perry and his crew clad the fascia and soffit with aluminum, patched areas of vulnerability and we have gotten rid of the animals. Perry excels in his craftsmanship and dedication to ensure a top quality job. We had a new roof and leave guards installed on our home. Perry does not do the job and leave, he gives you a step-by-step of what the job entails and includes you going to the roof prior for him to show you the underlying problems and during the installation too. Perry's knowledge and professionalism made our experience a most positive and pleasurable one.

We needed a complicated (hvac, exhaust, low clearence, limited ground space to work with) flat roof replaced and hired Perry to do the job as he seemed confident and caring. Perry (the owner) was on site most of the time and hands on, the crew are good people and responds well to feedback. The job was well done and Perry stressed the importance of doing quality work in the first place as he will come back if there is any issue. Overall I think the pricing is reasonable, the people easy to work with and trustworthy.

Assured Quality completely restored the roof and the eaves on my house in Cabbagetown. All the work and my choices were thoroughly explained. Additional work to provide barriers to squirrels and raccoons was just simply completed to prevent future damage. It is wonderful to have this experience with people who take such pride in their work. When I checked references before this job, people just raved about their experience. Hands down, a great choice.
