I had ice in my downspout and a subsequent leak. I had problems even getting anyone to come out and quote on the job. Perry not only came out, he assessed the situation, took pictures of the problem, explained the problem using his photos and did the repairs. He was courteous and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend his services.

Perry installed a couple of turbine vent whirlybirds last year. After some high winds one of them became loose. He followed through with his warranty on his work and came the next day to replace it at no charge. I am very happy with his work and his professional service. Great job Assured Quality!

Perry has done a thorough job with the down spout of my eavestrough. He sealed the corners of the eavestrough to prevent leakages. Perry has done one installation job for me, promptly installing leaf guards last year. I called him again this year as there are problems with the eavestroughs and the roof. He has meticulously outlined a solution to the problems and is proactive about solving others that could happen with potential areas of leakage in various places on the roof and ice damming, charging a fair price for reasonable work that I know he will double-check or triple-check if he has to.
